I’m thrilled to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters Associates, a company that has raised the bar in California for its honesty, integrity and excellence.
I’m also proud of Coldwell Banker’s very distinguished history--of restoring trust in the real estate community--after the Great San Francisco Earthquake of 1906.
A little about my history: I was first awarded a California real estate license in 1980--just as the “Real Estate Crash of the 1980’s” began crushing the industry--with interest rates soaring to 18 percent and home sales plunging to 50 percent over the next four years.
While navigating that catastrophe, as well as single parenthood, attorneys from “Big Law” materialized seemingly “out of nowhere,” recruiting me first as a paralegal, and later as a specialist, in commercial real estate law. Over the next 30 years I developed an expertise in title, survey and zoning on commercial properties throughout the U.S.
In 2014, elated to return to residential real estate, I was awarded a California real estate license and a certificate in home staging. In 2024, I earned a designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®; in 2023 and 2025, I was honored to participate as a judge in the RESA® Home Staging Industry Awards.
Finally, as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS®, I look forward to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams and goals.
